Payment and Delivery
1) With your credit cards through our site
You can take advantage of our online single payment or online installment options for all types of credit cards. With your online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. If you cancel your order due to possible cancellation or stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 14 business days.
2) Order Refund
In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Sira Jewelery will refund the product price to your account and / or credit card within three working days. However, you must provide accurate and complete bank account information and / or credit card information to the financial authorities of our company.
We try to deliver the products you ordered on the same day. You will be notified in case of delayed delivery.
In order to ensure product delivery without interruption, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your orders will be processed according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of your order. Your orders will be delivered to Kargo company at the end of 2 (two) working days after approval. You can contact our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms. In addition, cargo delivery is only valid for Turkey.
4) Payment Tracking
If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed as a result of the payment page.
In case of any error in the specified address, the contact with the orderer is established in relation to the order that cannot be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.
We are responsible for the delivery of the credit card system as well as the customer is responsible for the realization of the bank.
Please be carefull!
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by attaching a record to the cargo company.
It is accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty after the product is received.

If you do this, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
