3:10. 3.11. 4. Termination of the Contract

This agreement shall remain in force until the member cancels his / her membership or cancels his / her membership by Sira Jewelery. Sira Mucevherat may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member in case of breach of any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Settlement of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over the disputes regarding this agreement.

6. Effectiveness

Membership registration means that the member has read all articles contained in the membership agreement and accepts the articles contained in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
